At Bear Fork Trading Post, your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process with a full refund available within 30 days of receiving the item.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bearforktradingpost.com within 30 days of receiving the item, indicating your intent to return. We will promptly provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to proceed.

Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
• The refund will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and verified.

Please note that final sale items, personalized products, and any product used in a way that goes beyond normal testing or opening are not eligible for return. These exceptions will always be clearly indicated in the product description.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and no later than 7 days after receiving your order, at support@bearforktradingpost.com. We may request photos of the damage or defect to assist us in resolving the issue. For these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and either offer a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Return Shipping Costs

• For undamaged or non-defective items returned for a refund, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• For damaged or defective items, Bear Fork Trading Post will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and verified to be in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This return policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes regarding your purchase or this return policy shall be resolved in the courts located in Virginia.
